1) I would like to book a course but have less than the minimum number stated on your website. What can I do?
Contact us anyway, there may be other employers in a similar position and we can combine your employees with others to form a course at suitable venue.
2) How do you compare in terms of value for money?
Maximising your training budget is important so we try to give you the best training at the best price. Our policy is always to quote prices on a 'per person' basis, but we can offer generous discounts for larger numbers of delegates or for repeat business. Why not contact us to discuss your needs?
3) What time do your courses run?
Most Training Providers will run courses to suit the needs of their instructors, however we take the view that in order to minimise costs to you and to avoid disruption to you normal work patterns we will arrange start and finish times to suit your needs. For example, if you have a desire to train your night-shift personnel during their normal working hours then we will arrange our start and finish to suit.
4) I can't find the course that I want on your website, what do I do?
We are developing new courses continually, so the course that you want may not yet appear on our site. Why not contact us anyway and we can discuss needs more precisely. Additionally, if there is a course on our site but you want training tailored to meet your own requirements, we can design a course specifically for your organisation.
